Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cards Comics Toys! We work hard to process, produce, and ship every order as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority Mail may be used when necessary based on the size, weight, or destination of an order, or when Priority Mail shipping has been selected and paid for at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Processing Times

Standard Products:
Most non-custom products ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products:
Custom products are made specifically for your order and may require up to 10 days before shipment.

Please note that processing time is the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include USPS transit time.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Weekends and holidays are not included when calculating our processing times.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Please use the tracking information provided with your order to monitor its delivery status.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us at Sales@cardscomicstoys.com to open a replacement claim.
